coldplay + salt & straw = bliss.

Posted by Stace on June 11, 2012 in To the Tune of a Toaster |

Here are the tunes Becca & I listened to on our drive to Portland, Seattle & back.  This trip consisted of a lot more pop and quite a bit less classic rock than my drive up the Northwest with Cass a few years back, because Becca is younger and doesn’t know all the old stuff that Cass & I love so much. She also loves some different genres of music, so instead of so much CCR & Lynyrd Skynyrd, we had much more Maroon 5, Christina Aguilera, and Coldplay. Either way, it turned out to be a good mix for both of us, and we enjoyed it!

(Liking the Beatles, the Beach Boys, and current pop-rock outfits doesn’t hurt, of course.) I hope someone, somewhere finds this playlist helpful, but if not…I had fun typing it all out remembering the little moments on our trip, and ultimately that’s one of several reasons I post my epic playlists for all the world to see. This one should get you from approximately Napa to Seattle and back…and that’s if you don’t stop it for around 2 hours to watch Game of Thrones in the car on the way home, as we did…. ;)
